MUNICIPAL LAW

Municipal governments are merely the creation of provincial legislation.  Despite this fact, many quality of life issues are administered by municipalities and their processes and bylaws are important to residents.

Municipalities must comply with the law.  Bylaws can be, among other things, ultra vires or impermissibly vague.  Hearings may be deficient or biased.  We seek to help residents and organizations in their dealings with municipalities.
